GoPet provides a 1-year warranty from date of purchase for all treadmills and treadwheels covering product damage prior to customer receipt (damaged during shipping) as well as for product faults under normal operating conditions. If the product damage is slight and can be fixed by a replacement part(s) GoPet will send replacement part(s). Normal wear and tear along with damage due to misuse or an animal’s chewing or scratching the product is not covered by the warranty.
GoPet Treadwheels Ship via Freight Carrier from Pennsylvania
- Orders normally ship within 2-3 business days. If your item happens to be delayed, we will contact you.
- Transit time can vary based on your location and normally takes 3-7 business days.
- The freight company will contact you via phone when they are in your area to arrange a time for delivery.
Freight Shipping Details
We use freight shipping for some items if they are oversized or the weight exceeds 150 lbs. There are several options that need to be selected when using freight as a delivery method, items arrive on a large shipping truck and require additional information to deliver properly.
Freight shipping normally takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Once the freight carrier arrives in your area they will contact you to make an appointment before delivery is attempted.
*Note - delivery agents are not able to assist once the freight has been dropped off. Please ensure that you have enough help or equipment to safely move your new item into place at your location as the driver cannot assist in this.

Will my dog run on GoPet treadwheel?
Thousands of dogs use treadmills and treadwheels around the world and so can yours! Most all dogs can be trained to use GoPet products; some dogs take a few seconds and others can take a few days to get used to a Treadwheel.
Does the treadwheel require regular maintenance?
GoPetTreadWheels are maintenance free but may, from time to time, require some minor adjustment of the guide wheels under heavy use conditions. These adjustments are simple and directions to do so are provided with the unit.
Can I use my GoPet Treadwheel outside?
GoPet treadwheel is UV resistant and can be used outside, however long term exposure to the elements could cause fading or corrosion thus we must state that treadwheels are not recommended for longterm outdoor use.
How do I clean my GoPet TreadMill?
It is recommended to use a vacuum to remove hair build up on the unit regularly. For deeper cleaning, we recommend a mild based detergent with water to clean the treadmill. Be sure to exercise caution around the electronics, as the unit is not waterproof.
